Club News
The Swan Athletic Football Club intend to make application to the WAAFL for a Swan Athletic Senior Womens Team for the 2018 season.
Should the application be successful, the womens team will be fully integrated into our club's current structure. The committee structure would oversee the governance and administration of the team which will play in the traditional Swan Athletic jumper. We feel that a senior womens team will greatly add to our already strong Swan Athletic sporting family and would hope that all players and supporters will embrace the challenge and support our new team should our application be successful.

The Club
The Swan Athletic Sporting Club is a members based club. There are many facets to the sporting club including senior amateur 'B' grade AFL football, senior and junior cricket, winter netball, the seniors group and a bocce rink.
12 month membership of the club is $30 and $10 for seniors. Membership forms are available to download on the contact us page on this website or from the club bar. New members to the club must have current members propose and second their application.
By becoming a member of the Swan Athletic Sporting Club you will have access to all the facilities at our home ground in McDonald Street, Herne Hill. The members bar is open Monday to Thursday from 5pm, Friday from 4pm,Saturday from 4:30pm. Football season the bar is open from 12pm on Saturdays and closed Sundays and Public Holidays. Members have access to the club hall when available for functions or events. There is also the floodlit oval, cricket nets and netball courts available for use when there is no sporting fixtures or scheduled training.
